From Nuveen

Our people are our most valuable asset

NWQ’s research process is an iterative, collaborative and dynamic process whose basic tenets are steeped within a framework based upon a fundamental, bottom-up analysis. We believe the value of our offering comes from the collective wisdom of our investment professionals and the collaborative atmosphere which seeks to yield the very best choice, on a risk adjusted basis.

How does one assess the effectiveness of a team? Clearly investment performance provides one indication. However, performance alone may not be an effective harbinger of a client’s experience. Rather, understanding the primary tools which are used to derive performance, notably the combination of a seasoned investment team, may provide more informative insight.
